Our Story
Seven stars, one promise: every departure should carry a future home.
PT Anugerah Tujuh Samudra was founded on 10 October 2019 in Jimbaran — an area that has trained Indonesia's finest hospitality talent for decades. We saw thousands of skilled, warm and hard-working young people from Bali and across the archipelago, too often trapped by brokers and unofficial routes.
So we chose the harder, but right, path: operating as a fully licensed Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI), with a transparent process from registration all the way to homecoming.
The seven stars in our logo stand for the seven seas we cross — and our seven promises to every worker: legal, transparent, trained, protected, supported, valued, and home with success.

Building the foundation
While the pandemic closed borders, we strengthened our training centre, partnerships and document systems.

Back to sea
As cruise lines resumed sailing, our crew filled restaurants, cabins and galleys on international ships.

Opening Europe
Landbase placements to Bulgaria, then expanding to Poland, Romania and Croatia.

Expanding across Asia
Japan's Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) programme, plus placements in Vietnam and Taiwan.

Skills tests, interviews and direct interviews with the employer.

Health screening at appointed facilities to destination-country standards.

Training & certification
Language, technical skills, work culture and required certificates (BST, JFT, etc.).

Documents & visa
Passport, employment agreement, visa and official government registration.

Pre-departure orientation
Briefing on rights & duties, safety, and emergency contacts abroad.

Depart & stay supported
We stay with you on arrival, throughout your contract and until you return home successfully.

Is there a registration fee?
Consultation and initial registration are free. Any placement cost components are explained in writing up front and follow government rules for each country.
I have no experience. Can I apply?
Yes, for several positions. We provide language and skills training before departure according to employer requirements.
How long until departure?
Typically 2–6 months depending on the country, position, document readiness and visa schedules.
What if I have a problem abroad?
Our support team is reachable throughout your contract, and we coordinate with Indonesian missions and employers to resolve issues.
